Texas LTC Classes
We offer the License to Carry Class online at a discounted price. The online module takes about 4 hours to complete, and consists of several sections, covering
- Laws that relate to carrying a handgun
- Laws that relate to use of force
- Handgun use and safety
- Holsters
- Non-violent dispute resolution
- Proper storage practices for handguns
Handgun License Checklist — please note that the Texas LTC class is not about learning handguns. You should already have at least minimal proficiency with a handgun before signing up.
If you are lacking pistol skills, our most popular course is "Learn to Shoot". Most people who take that course do very well with the Proficiency test.

MFT was named to the "Best of McKinney Hall of Fame" in 2019.
If I could give a 10-Star review, I would! The LTC Shooting Proficiency session with Sandy was a great experience! He provides excellent instruction that will last a lifetime and has improved my level of confidence and safety with a firearm. As a student I would highly recommend considering MFT and especially Sandy for your firearms training and certifications.

I thoroughly enjoyed the LTC class. Sandy was accommodating, is knowledgeable, and very responsive to emails. He cares about students and wants them to benefit and be confident in their skills. I highly recommend anyone, particularly any women who are beginners, to learn with Sandy.
